1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Xreply ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

Xreply is an AI-powered automation tool that posts replies to Twitter/X on your behalf. You connect your Twitter account via OAuth, select target accounts to monitor, and our AI generates and posts replies automatically.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service.
  • One person may not maintain more than one account.

4. Twitter Account Connection

By connecting your Twitter account, you authorize Xreply to post tweets and replies on your behalf. You remain fully responsible for all content posted through our Service. You can disconnect your Twitter account at any time through your dashboard.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

  • Violate Twitter/X's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines
  • Post spam, harassment, hate speech, or illegal content
  • Impersonate others or spread misinformation
  • Engage in any automated behavior that violates platform rules
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines.

6. Subscription and Payments

  • Free accounts are limited to 5 AI replies per month.
  • Pro subscriptions are billed monthly at the current rate ($15/month).
  • All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of your billing period.
  • We do not offer refunds for partial months of service.

7. AI-Generated Content

Our AI generates reply content based on the context of tweets. While we strive for high-quality, appropriate responses, you acknowledge that AI-generated content may occasionally be imperfect. You are responsible for reviewing the content posted on your behalf and can disable automation at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, XREPLY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. THIS INCLUDES ANY ACTIONS TAKEN BY TWITTER/X AGAINST YOUR ACCOUNT AS A RESULT OF AUTOMATED ACTIVITY.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Xreply operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
