Why do I need to connect a Twitter account?▼
Your connected Twitter account is used to post AI-generated replies to the target accounts you're monitoring. Without a connected account, Xreply cannot post replies on your behalf.
Can I connect multiple Twitter accounts?▼
Yes! You can connect multiple Twitter accounts. This is useful if you manage several accounts or want to use different accounts to reply to different targets.
Is my account safe?▼
Absolutely! We use OAuth 2.0 (we never see your password), tokens are encrypted with AES-256 encryption, we only request minimal permissions, and you can revoke access anytime from Twitter's settings.
What if my replies aren't posting?▼
Check that your account is still connected, you have active target accounts, you haven't reached your monthly reply limit, and Twitter hasn't rate-limited your account. If issues persist, try disconnecting and reconnecting.
How do I revoke access?▼
You can disconnect your account from the Twitter Accounts page in your dashboard, or go directly to Twitter Settings → Connected Apps to revoke access.
What happens if I reach my monthly limit?▼
Your AI automation will pause until the next month, or you can upgrade to a higher plan for more replies. We'll send you email alerts at 80% and 100% usage.
